ACSO Strategic Plan Launched at Pentridge Prison

The Hon Andrew McIntosh MP launched ACSO's 2011 - 2014 Strategic Plan on the 14th July 2011 at 'D Division' Pentridge Prison.  ACSO's new strategic direction is ambition and outlines a new 'road map' to:

Decentralise ACSO’s services to align with Government policy of localised place based services, thus opening up access to our services in growth areas of Melbourne and other regional locations

Establish a pilot integrated community service hub;

Commence providing services in areas of identified unmet needs;

Increased our organisational profile through advocacy and the building of positive collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and the communities within which we provide services.
