Jobs that Change Lives

ACSO is a dynamic, values driven not-for-profit, focused on partnering with Government and the community to co-design services that create real social change. With over 450 employees across metropolitan and regional areas of Victoria, NSW and Queensland, we have a range of employment, student placement and volunteer opportunities available.

ACSO recognises the right to a safe and inclusive service without bias and aims to provide a safe working environment, one which seeks to protect those affected by domestic and family violence and holds those who may use domestic and family violence to account, whilst supporting positive behaviour change.

ACSO embraces diversity within its workforce and encourages applications from appropriately qualified and skilled people regardless of their background. All suitable applicants for this role will be considered regardless of age, ability, race, gender expression, sex, cultural background, spiritual beliefs or lived experience.

“ACSO is a fantastic place to work because the people are very supportive, friendly, and passionate about their work. It feels like you are working alongside likeminded people in order to make a difference in people’s lives. There are amazing opportunities for professional learning, growth and development across multiple programs that truly allow you to understand what a holistic approach to helping someone is. I love working for ACSO.”
