Innovative Programs Driving Change
ACSO’s services have empowered thousands of individuals to overcome challenges and make meaningful life changes. Key programs featured in this year’s report include:
- National: The Reintegration Pathways Program (RPP), launched in April 2024, supports individuals transitioning from immigration detention by providing tailored reintegration services. This program is delivered in collaboration with Life Without Barriers and Settlement Services International.
- Victoria: The Assertive Outreach and Support Service (AOS), introduced in 2023, offers targeted outreach and case management for people with complex needs, delivering impactful outcomes.
- Queensland: The Community Re-Entry Services Team (CREST) focuses on wellbeing and community support, helping individuals make meaningful changes.
- New South Wales: The opening of an alcohol and other drugs (AOD) hub in Shellharbour in August 2024 addresses critical service gaps and empowers clients on their recovery journeys.
