We’re relocating our head office from our longstanding Richmond location on Hoddle St, to two new hub locations.
The decision to relocate comes as part of our commitment to adapt to flexible ways of working and better meet the needs of our clients and team members.
New Hub Locations
Our new client-facing Abbotsford Hub will be situated alongside Caraniche at Level 1/260 Hoddle Street, Abbotsford 3067, effective from 12 March 2024. Meanwhile, our non-client facing Melbourne Hub will be located at Level 8/469 La Trobe Street, Melbourne 3000, effective from 28 March 2024.
Please make sure to update your records accordingly to reflect our new locations.
Reason for Relocation
The relocation decision was driven by the need to accommodate our evolving work practices and to ensure strategic positioning in locations that best serves our clients and stakeholders. We firmly believe these new hub locations will enable us to better fulfill our commitments and strengthen partnerships.
Impact on Services
We anticipate minimal disruption to our services during the relocation process. The team has meticulously planned the transition to maintain service quality and continuity. In-person client appointments will be available for booking from the Abbotsford hub starting in April.
Despite the move, we want to assure you that phone numbers and email addresses will remain unchanged, ensuring uninterrupted access to our services and support.
