Felicity brings extensive experience in executive and clinical leadership within the health sector. She began her career as an intensive care nurse and manager, later transitioning into operational management and leadership.
Most recently, as Chief Executive of Peninsula Health, Felicity led significant initiatives, including securing a $1.1 billion redevelopment for Frankston Hospital, overseeing the acquisition of Frankston Private Hospital, and establishing the Frankston Public Surgical Centre. She also played a key role in forging a partnership with Monash University to develop an Academic Research Centre and securing funding for the National Centre for Healthy Ageing.
Currently, Felicity works as an executive consultant, focusing on strategy and governance, executive coaching, and mentoring. She serves as a council member at Victoria University and has held non-executive director roles at Health Share Victoria, Kyneton District Health Service, and the Victorian Hospitals Industrial Association.
A Fellow of the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership, Felicity remains deeply committed to ethical leadership and governance.
