Who we are
The Australian Community Support Organisation (ACSO) is a dynamic, values driven not for profit, focused on partnering with Government and the community to co-design services that create real social change. We’re an organisation with a bold vision for a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, and prison truly is the last resort. It’s our goal to reduce re-offending and our mission is to help people transition from prison, assist them in the community, stop them from re-offending and intervene to divert others from committing crime.
We are growing, and expanded into New South Wales and Queensland in 2016. We have approximately 400 employees. Most of our employees are in Victoria, in both metropolitan and regional areas including Bendigo, Ballarat, Gippsland, Dandenong and Shepparton. We have offices in Corrimal NSW, and are located in Fortitude Valley, Ipswich and Beenleigh in Queensland.
Our people make us tick and, as an organisation, we live our values every day:

is entitled to opportunities which can help them to change their lives and realise their potential.
